When developing technical documentation for their customers, SRM Technical Writers employ a three-phase review process to ensure the delivery of a complete, accurate, and polished final product:

Copy review for proper use of grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and language

Mechanical review to ensure required format compliance, including consistent style in headings and figures, prescribed reference citation style, appropriate use of symbols and acronyms, and sequential callout of figures, tables, and equations

Content review for coherence and logical organization; content editing and rewriting are accomplished in close collaboration with the author
